Each cutter approx 2.5cm – 3cm / 25mm – 30mm / just over 1″ diameter

Each letter varies but approx 1cm – 2.5cm / 10mm – 25mm / up to 1″ diameter

Each number varies but approx 1.2cm / 12mm to 1.8cm / 18mm diameter

PLEASE NOTE manufacturers state size as 26mm, but we think this relates to ‘W’ the widest letter

Food approved plastic with internal spring mechanisms

Each set attractively packed in storage box, with instructions

Works fine with good quality sugarpaste icing (avoid supermarket brands as these are too soft & sticky) but much better results with gum paste and flower modelling paste
