• no ready-made icing is ever going to be as good as proper, home-made buttercream but Light & Fluffy is pretty darn good and is the industry leader

• can be coloured and flavoured as required
• lightly aerated to give a really light texture and has a lovely vanilla flavour – reminds us slightly of marshmallows!
• we reckon you’d get 200-300 fairly generous cupcakes’ worth from a pail
• can also be used for general cake decorating, piping, for sponge sandwich filling and also as a filling for doughnuts etc
• ingredients:  sugar, vegetable oil, water, glucose, cornflour, emulsifiers E471* & E435, flavouring, salt, preservative E202, stabiliser E412, acidity regulator E338
• *E471 is a synthetic fat made from glycerols and fatty acids, mainly of plant origin but as E471 is composed of several different products, the manufacturers cannot rule out the presence of some animal fats – as pork fat may be one of the fats used, we would advise vegan, Muslim and Jewish customers not to order this product
• “trade” products – please be sure you are ordering the correct product as this cannot be returned – small sample pack available if you want to try before ordering an 8kg pail
• although not necessarily present in this particular product, the colours used across the entire icing colouring range may include the colours E102, E104, E110, E122 & E129 – which may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in some children
