Doe Sprinkles Little Drummer Boy Sprinkles 100g

Little Drummer Boy is a joyful blend of green, blue and silver studded with shimmering blue pearls.

Our collection was inspired by merry and bright vintage ornaments, and features vibrant colours and lustrous metallics in pearls of mixed sizes.

Ingredients: Sugar, Tapioca starch, corn starch, WHEAT starch, glucose syrup. glazing agent (903), Glazing agent; shellac. maltodextrine, fish gelatine, colouring E133, E141, E171, E174, Food Colouring.

As these sprinkles are hand-dyed in small batches, some colour variation may occur.

While these sprinkles are great for frosting, buttercream, ganache and chocolate, they are not colourfast on anything too ‘wet’ like cake batter or ice cream.
