Shipping & Delivery

What shipping options do you offer?

We offer two sweet shipping options:
Standard Shipping ($12.95 via DHL/FedEx): 10-15 days after dispatch
Free Shipping (via EMS for orders over $50): 15-25 days after dispatch
All orders take 1-2 business days to process before shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship globally, with the exception of some remote areas and parts of Asia (due to customs restrictions). During checkout, simply enter your address to see if we deliver to your location.

How can I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. Click the tracking link in your email or visit the carrier’s website to follow your baking treasures on their journey to you!

What if my package is delayed or lost?

While rare, delays can happen. If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, first check your tracking information. If there’s an issue, contact us at [email protected] with your order number, and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the situation.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer a 15-day happiness guarantee from the date of delivery. If any item doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return it for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

How do I initiate a return?

Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you’d like to return. We’ll provide return instructions and address. Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We’re so sorry if your baking supplies didn’t arrive in perfect condition! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll quickly arrange for a replacement or refund.
