You will achieve beautiful results every time with this high quality, flexible food-grade silicone mould.
FPC has a great selection of moulds for use with sugar paste, flower paste, chocolate, isomalt, gum paste and also non-edible products like Fimo, wax, soap, etc.
Their moulds are heat tolerable up to 250˚C, however, they are only recommended for use with sugar paste, gum paste and non-edible products listed above.

This mould is incredibly easy to use and will leave you with a realistic birch wood effect that looks great around tiered cakes, models and can also be used on smaller cakes and cupcakes. As well as the birch effect the mould also comes with 2 deer silhouettes that can be used alongside the birch or individually.
We recommend using flower or modelling paste when using silicone moulds as it holds its shape when removed from the mould. To use, lightly dust your mould with cornflour or icing sugar and tap out the excess. Push the paste into the mould and remove any excess paste. Turn the mould over and push out your finished piece. It couldn’t get any easier than that! Allow them to air dry completely before colouring them.
