Use Velvet Spray to give your pastries and desserts subtle and beautiful decoration, with a velvet-like look and texture.
Velvet Spray is made of cocoa butter only and can be sprayed onto any frozen surface, such as ice cream, mousse and semifreddo.
- For best results, keep the spray at room temperature (68-77F) and shake the can before use.
- From a distance of 6-12 inches, spray a thin, even layer at regular intervals.
- Rotate the dessert during operation to facilitate uniform application.
- Clean the nozzle with warm water immediately after use.
