The Renshaw Extra Ready-to-Roll Icing is firmer and more elastic than Renshaw standard ready-to-roll. This is perfect for hotter and more humid climates, and is great for covering deep cakes and sculpted novelty cakes as it has more resistance to tearing.

To use, knead until pliable and roll out on a surface lightly dusted with icing sugar. Use product at room temperature.

This pack size is ideal for large novelty or wedding cakes.

Ingredients: Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Palm Oil, Humectant: E422, Emulsifier: E471, Stabilisers: E413, E466, Preservative: E202, Colour: E171, Natural flavouring.

Store in a cool dry place. Do not refrigerate or freeze. Once opened wrap in clingfilm and store in an air tight container.
