We bake up your order with care! All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery in 10-15 business days after shipping
- Trackable service with delivery updates
Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS
- Delivery in 15-25 business days after shipping
- Basic tracking available
Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.
Our Sweet Returns Policy
At Dream Cake Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your baking supplies. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help!
Return Basics
- Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless we made a mistake)
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- All edible products:

- Edible Cake Decorations
- Edible Colour Sprays
- Edible Food Pens
- Edible Glitter
- Edible Paints
- Flavouring & Extracts
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Opened or used products (unless defective)
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps for a smooth return process:

- Wait for Approval – Our baking elves will review your request within 2 business days
- Package Your Items – Return items in their original packaging with all tags attached

Return Shipping Tips
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- We can’t be responsible for lost return packages
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Refund Information
Your refund will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit card refunds: 3-5 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal refunds: Typically appear within 24 hours
Exchange Policy
Need a different size or color? Exchanges follow the same process as returns.

- For exchanges of different value:
- If the new item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
Damaged or Defective Items
If your baking supplies arrive damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs.
